Yeeeaaaaaw!
Hey, this blog's alive, it's just snoozing is all. No worries tho, it'll be waking up soon (by faiths).
Guess I should probably say interesting things huh?...I'll try. Yesterday one of my pals (not to mention any names....but it may or may not have been NICK FISHER) told me that my blog was boring. I know it's rather true - but still, it made me cringe, because well, who wants a boring blog? Not so inspiring. So....how about an update? Last time we had one of those was toward the end of January, I believe?
Me and Jen, my youngest cousinRight then. I'm still in Toronto. Still "visiting", I've been here just over two months now. What am I doing here? I'm waiting for word from a certain source as to whether I can return to the home sweet home I was living in in California. A crawling process, but the Lord's working it out, and teaching me patience -- tho I'm a rotten student, I'm sure.
I've been trying to keep busy while here tho, studying a whole bunch. For some reason I'm doing school again, mrah! Have to work on some required credits that jumped me from out of nowhere. I've decided that I wouldn't mind grade school if it was only a hobby, yes.
Family Birthday Celebration ----->
I've also been ramming my PS reading list and I think I may finally be making a dent, PTL! If you check down the side bar somewhere, you can follow my progress. Being able to see it like that is rather encouraging and feels healthy somehow. I've also got other personal reading assignments from the Lordy, PLUS all the Feast newbies; so I'm thoroughly "hedged about" with my studying.
--
Oh, a little tid-bitty from my optometrist: Reading in dim or "bad" lighting doesn't damage your eyes. It only causes them to tire more quickly.
--
Woah, I've been exercising, be proud of me!! WHOOO, YEAH BABY! Instead of roughly, somewhat, about, generally...once every....month...I've brought it up to several times a week, yar.
The other day I was thinking about skipping workout...you know, don't wanna push my self "too" hard...I mean my body's just not USED to this pace!...then I came across this in the XN.
I gulped. Checked my pulse. And later that day, I exercised.
--
By the way, there's recent-er-ish photos ---> HERE. I'll put up a link somewhere too, for easy accesses.
--
I had sushi and friends on my birthday, I'm such a happy chap! I'll have to get some pictures of it from Ally. We started making it all around 10 30 PM I think...and finally ate around 12, craaaazy!
Ned's battery is dying, gatta go!
THANKS, LUV YA!
Selah.

For My Favorite Guy
....
I’ve been asleep for a while now
You tucked me in just like a child now
Cause every time You hold me in Your arms
I'm comfortable enough to feel Your warmth...
It starts in my soul
And I lose all control
When You kiss my nose
The feelin shows
Cause You make me smile
Baby, just take Your time
Holdin me tight
Where ever You go...

For You (Per Te)
By Josh Groban

"For you, For you, I’ll live
Love is gonna win
With you, With you, I’ll do
Everything You'll ask me to
I'll go always anywhere with You
I'll give all the love I feel for...You"

Okay, I feel a little funny.
This is my fourth post in a row. Now, if this was my own personal blog, that would be...normal. But it's not, and so I feel almost excessive by doing this. But IS it MY fault that the girls aren't posting? Nuh uh. Therefore, I won't stand in line with my hands behind my back, waiting for my turn. I'mna just take this little posting torch and RUN WITH IT, RUN!!!
"RIDE VIRGINIA, RIDE!!!!"
Right, well, I'll just...jog a bit for now.
Okay, well, for a little bit of recent news: I'm in Canada at the moment on a bit of a visit. I'm not sure how long this visit will be, but I've been back since January 9, 2008. Speaking of which, Happy New Years, all!And look, there's snow! It's a pleasant amount, maybe an inch or so; not too overwhelming, TYJ.
I've only seen the girls once since I've been here, mrah! But I'm tryna git over there to their place this week, and I maaaay get some pictures out of such a visit...my spirit is willing, tho my flesh is weak. Sometimes, photos are so much WORK!
Any more news? Nuh uh. Not fer now.
Ooh, but I have annexed a little something to the side bar! Scroll down and have a little "looksie". My pie graph looks a bit lame right now but I'm working on it. And, I know keeping tabs on my progress in that field prrrobably isn't at the top of your to-do list...but it's okay, I'll keep you posted anyway, just for fun!
-----
I didn't even remember I wrote these lines when you quoted them to me.
Reason?
Do I need one just to be close to you?
Do I need a reason to lay against you
And listen to your heart beat?

Belatery

Ahh, my parents: Abelardo and Diane (AKA David and Praisie)
Their birthdays were the 18th and 20th of this month, but I was so busy tending to their every whim that I forgot to POST!
(I know, my photo-editing skills amount to suckery, but I'm learning and growing and changing so please, slice me some slacky-poo, and just CALM DOWN! )
Anyway, back to them. They're so tender, those two. Always supportive and caring and concerned. And since most of me is a bit of them, I have this brimming heart of thankfulness that's juuuuust about set to overflow! Thanks guys, for your love and longsuffering, for your sponsoring, for all those years of grrreat parenting that resulted in such grrreat offspring. There's a lot you two have done "for the good of the colony" and Jesus probably has some freaky-big mansions (and plants for mom) in His house for you guys. Love you, Heppy New Yearses!

Just One More Time Through
Encore by Masa
Wrote my heart out in music
First a minor, then a diminished.
My voice broke like a toothpick,
The crowd was silent when I was finished.
I bit the bullet, and said "I'm done",
Cause every note inside of me was sung.
They've all gone home, and you're the only one...
Well, you smiled and said, "I loved your song,
And on the chorus I'd sing along,
Pity it all had to end so soon.
With your melody I can relate,
I've got a heart that hurts and a voice that breaks.
I'd love to hear it if just one more time through"
This encore is for you
I let my heart write the lyrics as
My fingers dance on the ivory
You know you're the only witness to
This poem and symphony
I'll sing the tune, you play the drum
Till every note inside of me is sung
And I don't care if we're the only ones...
Well, you smiled and said, "I loved your song,
And on the chorus I'd sing along,
Pity it all had to end so soon.
With your melody I can relate,
I've got a heart that hurts and a voice that breaks.
I'd love to hear it if just one more time through"
So this encore is for you

If there are teens or YAs or others in your Home who are battling with discouragement or doubts and who are thinking of leaving the Family because they feel so bad or so weak, please do all you can to encourage them and help them to make it. Don't just give up on them! Help them to hold on! Don't let the Enemy defeat them! Even if someone is having a very difficult time, but they're willing to hang on and fight with the little strength they do have, please do all you can to help them stick!
